Week 4

This is a 30 minute drawing, in which I demonstrated foreshortening, I chose to draw in this perspective as it allowed me to get a better view of whats happening with the anatomy and the foreshortening. With this perspective in particular I was able to show the foreshortening, this drawing was successful in conveying foreshortening, it can be seen as the head is smaller than the rest of the body in terms of proportion, giving an idea of moving away. 

Here is a much quicker sketch, which took me 5 minutes. I chose a similar view to show the foreshortening, however it didn't turn out very successful. It does give a sense of moving away but the proportion isn't correct to support that, as the rib cage remains the same size when clearly it should be getting smaller as it gets further away.
